Device Limit Reached

after watching one movie on the ps3 app I went to bedroom to watch another for it to say devcice limit reached, went back to the ps3 and it's saying the same thing, checked in the device manager and it's saying no device are attched to this account

I have a Youview box, a NowTV box and a PS3, but I have had to reset and reinstall my YouView box on several occasions each time it is added as a new device. Now I get a device limit reached message. Can I reset my devices.

I'm getting the same problem

 

Your device limit has been reached. Manage your devices at nowtv.com/account/devices

 

I've not added any new devices and am using the same PC, Browser, etc as I have been doing for months

 

My Silverlight 5 (5.1.20913.0)

 

Can someone reset all my devices

Hi LukeyDavis,

 

 

Thanks for contacting NOW TV regarding your device query.

 

NOW TV currently allows all subscribers to have 4 devices allocated to each account.

 

You are also allowed one device reset per month, per account.

 

You can manage your devices yourself by going to the my account section when signing in.

 

The good news is you can reset your devices at the start of the new month.

 

I have reset your devices for you as a good will gesture.

Hi I’m really having trouble resetting a device I haven’t added any new devices this month and I have to wait until December, please someone help me as I have a new device but can not watch my now tv my username is [email removed] thank you!

I have this error.

 

I have 2 Now TV boxes and an ipad.

 

Not used the second Now TV box in ages and go to use it tonight and it says device limit reached. Checked 'my account' and I am only using 2 devices out of 4?

 

What can I do to fix?
