I have contacted Now tv several times on this issue and no one has helped me so getting quite upset about this now. Every time I watch through the player it buffers and stops. It doesn't work! I've tried uninstalling, reinstalling and even downloaded again today!! Why won't this work! Which I could just watch through the browser as never had any issues then but it doesn't give me the option.

I've been having the same problem, almost impossible to watch. Now TV seem to keep blaming the lack of silverlight support. Funny no other streaming service has the same problem. Go with Netflix instead I guess.
