If you struggling to access your online account and a different internet browser or using a smartphone with it's internet data (assuming you have a phone with free data) workaround doesn't help.
Depending on what sports pass you want to buy, then certain playback devices such has NowTV boxes / Sticks, Games Consoles, Smart TV's NowTV App allow you to buy a Sports Pass directly from the playback device itself instead of going to the NowTV website.
If you have only a PC and no other playback device to buy the pass, then you may have to contact NowTV live chat.
