Can't use nowtv player on my mac and pc

I was just about to watch a movie on my macbook and now all of a sudden it says "access denied I do not have permission"

Perhaps try again, where a few people on NOW Twitter who tweeted the error are saying it seems to be fixed in the last 10 minutes.

I don't own a Mac or PC to check myself.
