Desktop app no longer works so logged in via web browser. Everytime I try and view content it says 'Unfortunately we cannot complete your purchase'. I have a subscription so that does not make sense. Very frustrating. Any ideas?
A couple of people have reported this since NOW ditched their NOW Player software and instead using your web browser on the NOW website.

No idea if it helps or not.
I don't own a PC or Mac, but another thing I would check is that your internet browser is not defaulting to the NOW Ireland website if a UK customer or the NOW UK website if a Republic of Ireland customer, where I have seen this happen in the past.
