Can't play Kids programmes on website anymore, with pass from BT

https://www.nowtv.com/gb/account/membership show that I've got:
"NOW Entertainment Membership
Included in your BT TV Package"

 

However, when I try to play a programme on the website (for example https://www.nowtv.com/gb/watch/home/asset/paw-patrol/46a4b655380a3510VgnVCM1000000b43150a____), it says "Start free trial" and pressing that button does nothing.

 

I am able to play other non-Kids programmes on the website (e.g. "Mare Of Easttown") - it's just Kids programmes that no longer seem to be working.

 

I don't know if anyone else has seen this?

It looks like NOW have rolled out a fix, as it's now working. Thanks!

When did you sign up with BT? 

As I understand it had a delay on when you can use the app with NOW

New to NOW?

Add NOW to your BT TV package through My BT or call 0800 800 150 to talk to one of our customer service advisors. We’ll ask you for the email address you want to use with NOW and send a request to NOW to create your membership.

There may be a slight delay before you can use the NOW app. Once it's set up you’ll be able to start watching via the TV Guide on your BT TV box by using the NOW app on your BT TV box and devices. 

 

If I were you call BT to find out how long the delay is until you can use NOW on other apps.

Thanks @gavs82008. I should have mentioned I signed up a few weeks ago and this was definitely working before! I don't know if it's related to the recent bundling of Kids into Entertainment? I do have both.

Yes, that's right. I'm not seeing "Kids" anymore on https://www.nowtv.com/gb/account/membership - presumably because of the recent changes to remove that Pass.
I wonder if anyone else with a membership through BT is able to play Kids content through their "NOW Entertainment Membership / Included in your BT TV Package" package?

Yup.

 

  • YouView TV box - I can play Cartoon Network channel, and On Demand Kids programmes too
  • PC - I used Incognito Mode in my browser to log in again, and I still have the same problem i.e. neither of the above (or any other Kids stuff) plays
