I kniow I've 2 passes coming to the end of their time. So I've been trying to sign in on my laptop. On trying to get into My Account all I get is a scereen with the following message in it...
"Oops something went wrong
We are currently experiencing some technical difficulties, please try again later."
There doesn't appear to be an alternative way of checking. Fyi, this appears on every option of the My account at the top of the screen.
I CAN still watch Entertainment and Cinema on the TV so no problems there - yet!
Does anyone have any idea of how to get round this

just tried using IE11 and got a blank page.
switching my browser to the included Edge in win10 get me to the passes and vouchers page.

Thank you very much. I was using Firefox and for some reason that was the problem- and still is. I reverted to newly updated Edge and now back to normal.
Can't figure why it's Firefox with that sort of problem..
