I haven't been able to log in to my account since I received my NOWTV stick. Have reset my password umpteen times, wrote to customer services over two months ago the old fashioned way by post and have yet to receive a reply. So basically, I've been paying for the last two months for a service I haven't been able to use with no one to contact at NOWTV. I understand that there is a pandemic but every other company seems to be maintaining some sort of customer service. Where on earth is everyone who works for NOWTV?!!!!
PS: I had to set up another account just to be able to message on the Community board. For some reason, this account - with no payment linked - seems to work fine.
