Can't add a new device even though I have one swap left

I was trying to play a TV show on my MacBook Air after installing the NowTV player, but I got the following message:

"You've registered the maximum number of devices used and used your device change for this month. You will get another change next month."

Check out the Manage Devices page and got the following message:

 "

You can have up to 4 devices on your account (and watch on 2 at the same time).

Now that you've added your first 4 devices, you can swap 1 device every calendar month.

2 devices added You can add 1 more device.

"

 What to do?

Welcome to the forum. Shouldn't really be happening if it says you've got one change left this month, but have a word with Live Chat, explain what's happened and see if they can sort something out for you as a courtesy.

To reach live chat go to the following help page

Contact live chat and explain to them what's happened, where they should be able to reset one of your requested devices  to free up a slot.

Open the link below, click on Watching Now TV, then on the topics presented, click on Adding and changing devices where you should see an option button for live chat.

I have the problem that my account says I have made device swaps that I literally haven't made.  Technical help do not actually help, I simply got them repeating that my account shows I have made swaps even though I spend my time repeating I haven't.
