im sick of see error f2000 and all now tv tells you to do is switch your leptop on and off again and this doesnt seem to be working. dont know why i pay for now tv alsways seems to be an issue!! help me im at my wits and and i want to pull my hair out

@Anonymous User Welcome to the community. While I can't help with the f20000 error which did cause a lot of issues a while back, if you're using WIndows 8.1/10 you'll might find it easier to download the dedicated NOW TV app from the Windows Store and use that to watch instead

@Andy i dont understand it, it was working perfctly fine the other day and then just decided to stop working. i have downloaded the app but i cant use it for a month! its so dumb that you cant use a new device for a month once add if you have had to remove one!

@Anonymous User Is it the original NOW TV Player app that has the javascript error? If so, pop onto live chat and explain you need to use the Windows Store app because the player doesn't work but you need an extra device swap, they should sort you this out so you can try the Windows Store app right away.
