sky sports channels do not buffer, stays at 0%, everything is okay on my side, sort it out asap

Computer, Windows 7, internet explorer,
hard-wire internet connection - 30mbps,
already tried: reseting my pc and cleaning cookies.
I have the same problem and the same settings as statcom, please fix it.
Actually I have Windows 10 not 7, I've also tried other streaming channels like Netflix and Amazon everything is ok with those.
I can't watch anything at the moment - am using Windows and it was working fine a couple of hours ago but for the last hour I've been trying to load various different programmes all of which get as far as "buffering" and then freeze at "buffering 0%". This isn't my internet connection which is working fine on every other website including Netflix and Youtube, so must conclude that it's a problem with Now TV. Having paid for my monthly pass I'm ending up spending forever trying to get things to load with no success and I'm very unhappy with it. If it persists I will cancel my pass and will not be returning as time after time it's supposed to be "fixed" only to go down again within days.
Same problem.. Win10, rebooted, cleared cache etc..
Just talked to NOW TV, get the app from th windows store and it works.
Game of thrones wont play buffering sits at 0%. my friend used a torrent hes wathing it already 😞

im using a toshiba laptop with windows 7. ive tried connecting wireless and wired and both times its the same issue.
ive used the now TV check on the help centre and it said my connection was fine i can also stream video from othe sources.
to fix the problem ive reset IE to default settings and signed back in to now tv. i can only see series 6 and 7 of game of thrones and none of the episodes ive tried will play.
would it be easier to cancel now tv and use another service to watch game of thrones. ive waited long enough to watch it so ive no patience for technical issues.
Same. I think it's on their end. I tried on Internet Explorer and on my NowTV box, no joy.

Power cycled my hub just incase, still nothing.

Yes, I have this same problem. Frustrating!
Me too, very annoying. And telling me I have too many devices when I have not changed anything! Come on Now TV - sort it out.
