I cannot find the answer to this problem and hope someone will have the answer.
I have been watching Now TV using the app on my laptop fine, then yesterday it stopped working.
It loads fine but when I click on 'play' it stays with a black screen and says that 'A problem is preventing playback' and go to help, it also says the number 8007117.
It is a new laptop running with Microsoft S mode so I cannot watch using the player. The only option is the app. I do not understand that one minute all is fine and the next it will not work.
The chat help will not help or answer a question just keeps giving me options!
