Thanks for getting in touch it appears that you have already used up your device change for the month by adding and removing a device back at the start of the month. You will be able to add another on the 1st March. As part of Now TV terms and condition only one change can be made per calender month. If you speak with the team via Live Chat they may be able to grant another change for you however this would depend on past history with device changes.
