channel 4 asking me to sign in. when i do it says incorrect

my email address and password are correct as just logged into more 4 on my phone..how can resolve...

Are you using a NowTV box ?

 

If you are happy that you have typed your All 4 registered email address and password details into All 4 App on the NowTV box, maybe try deleting the All 4 App and reinstall the App again on the box, then re enter your details once again.
