cancelling but don't see select passes

I've gone to my NOW Membership account, but there are no selected passes to click on to cancel all I can see if to add another membership no cancellation button anywhere, and to get through to a live person and not a robot is unreal

Is it possible you have more than one account or subscribe to a third party such has Amazon, Apple iTunes etc.

Go into the My Account section (gear wheel icon) on all your playback devices NOW App and see what email address or username is being used.

Also, have a read of this link article below and if you have a NOW account (not through a third party) click on the "find your account" green button on the link.

Hi  Thank you for your response, I did try to see if I had 2 email accounts and did that account finder but they didn't find anything different.

Hi @steph2 

Forgot to ask what type of NOW TV Membership are you trying to cancel? 

If it's a Day Sports Membership then you won't see the cancel button because it doesn't auto renew.

LOL defo don't have sports, single female, LOL, now was tv entertainment and cinema, as i'm now with SKY so can get all this with my new Sky Account so i need to cancel £5.99 and £5.99. thank you for being so helpful.

Click on the green chat online button from the link I posted.

Hopefully NOW live chat will find the active Entertainment & Cinema Membership.

If you have your bank statement with the NOW Ent ref number & NOW Cin ref number on it, then this will help NOW live chat find your account more quickly.

Also go to your online account under Bill's & Payments to see if there was any recent or previous payments with regards to a £5,99 Entertainment Membership and a £5,99 Cinema Membership.
