anybody else getting freezing of itv

I put emmerdale and coronation street on tonight and experiancing freezin picture and the volume staying on and then the picture catching up for a few minutes and then happening again has anybody else experianced this

We have been having problems when trying to watch live TV on ITV for weeks now, it started off with constant freezing then all of a sudden it will catch up and you've missed large parts of your program but over the last two weeks it has got much worse as it just keeps repeating itself....very very annoying!! Does anyone have a solution to this?

every thing is good with now tv but on the normal boxes on itv 1 only it keeps repeating its self can anybody help,thanks

Exactly the same service I got...escalated to the 'specialist' team who told me to do the same procedures...nothing worked...then to be told they have no control over itv as it is a third party...looks like many are in the same boat 😞

has anyone found a solution to this problem? now tv saying it's an itv problem, but that doesn't help. repeating every 10 seconds or so is very annoying !

If I read on here one more time they are not liable for third party apps I think I’ll scream. They advertise them they should sort it out.

I can’t play BBCi ITV or All 4 without it freezing kicking back to the blue screen. In fact Now TV itself has actually done it a few times.

I’m fed up reporting it and them asking me to do the same things over and over again and it started because of the last update and was working perfectly fine until then so I’m 99.9% sure it is Now TVs fault.

I am having the same problem for weeks now so frustrating, you cannot see the latest programme display either, PERHAPS IF WE ALL GO TO NOW TV FACEBOOK OR TWITTER AND RAISE THE PROBLEM PERHAPS SOMETHING WILL BE DONE, HOW CAN i RECOMMEND TO FRIENDS AND FAMILY WITH THIS ANNOYING ISSUE NOT GETTING RESOLVED

I now have the same problem with Now Smart TV , dumping out of ITV channels.

Hadn’t had this issue for a while until last night; I’m not sure if the app has just been updated as it asked for my post code again. Anyway, now having the very annoying freezing of the live feed.
