The All 4 App is working for me on my NowTV 4K box.
Is the error message happening on all content when attempting to watch All 4 or one particular TV show ?
Have you done the basics such has reboot your NowTV Box or Stick and Router, remove and reinstall the All 4 App, undertake a forced software update on your NowTV branded devices by following these instructions below.
This updates your software, fixing any faults in the process.
- Start by pressing your NOW TV remote control buttons in this order:
Home x5
Fast Forward x3
Rewind x2
- Select the Update Software option that appears on the next screen.
Press OK, even if you already have the latest version.
