You will need to contact Now TV directly https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch
I'd recommend going to 'technical & devices', then 'adding or changing devices' and at the bottom there will be a drop down for 'get in touch'. This will then get you to the chat, so you will be able to speak with an agent and hopefully get it sorted.

Have you looked at My Account/Devices to see if you really have made three device swaps this month?
