You’ve run out of device swaps

Hi Team I am unable to watch NOW tv sport getting error “You’ve run out of device swaps”.
Could you please check and do the needful?

You will need to contact Now TV directly https://help.nowtv.com/get-in-touch

 

I'd recommend going to 'technical & devices', then 'adding or changing devices' and at the bottom there will be a drop down for 'get in touch'. This will then get you to the chat, so you will be able to speak with an agent and hopefully get it sorted.

FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help

Have you looked at My Account/Devices to see if you really have made three device swaps this month?

 

When taking @gavs82008 ‘s advice to talk to Live Chat, this may condition whether you post as rightfully annoyed, or as pretty please Smiley Tongue

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it. Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now. That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
