Viewing problems using Now TV app on BTTV

I subscribed yesterday and have been happily watching the BMW PGA golf both yesterday and today. I specifically joined to watch the three Scotland matches and the Celtic v rangers games due to take place in the next fortnight. While watching the build up to tonight's game I got the message 'there's been a problem' and was kicked out. I get back into the app every time but am kicked out each time I try to watch a channel - have tried four different channels so far.

Personally I would try a maintenance mode reset and force a latest software update from the internet at the same time (Option 4 on the following process to keep recordings):

However this is not a quick process and you need a good 20-30 minutes for the software to download, install and the box to set itself up from scratch again. And you need the confidence to pick the right maintenance mode option, as picking the wrong one can wipe all your recordings! You also need to log back in again to all your apps at the end.

 

However it does refresh your box with the latest Youview software and app versions.
