No point ranting and swearing on a customer to customer forum expecting a response from NOW staff because you simply won’t get any.
Is your issue with Wi-Fi or Ethernet? If it’s Wi-Fi you could split the signals.

Try doing a factory reset to the router by holding the reset button for 10 seconds.
Give the broadband team a call to get a resolution. Could be a fault with the line or the line feeding yours, ask for full site investigation.
