Stuttering buffering

For a month now my now tv is stuttering (sound) and buffering. I cast to chromecast. Internet speed is fast and I've no problem casting other apps including btsport! I've heard this is nowtv servers?! Sort it out @nowtv, expensive enough as it is, youd expect it to work properly!!!

Tried deleting and reinstall the app? 

Unplug your router for a few minutes?

I have same problem - have you found a solution? Restarting router doesn't work and when chatting online they haven't been able to help.

If it helps I found a software update on my iPhone this morning, maybe worth seeing if that helps?

Can I assume your software is fully updated?

No worries - thanks for helping, yep all updated. It is also across all devices when casting so not device specific.

What about using your phone data as a hot spot just to test it?

If that all fails I would send an email to customer support to report the faul, where you can send videos/pictures.
