Hi,
My SportsPass is not working, despite money being taken from my bank account each month?
It keeps saying "Pass Required"?
I get nowhere with the Bot, it does not take this issue into account, and I cannot find any customer services telephone numbers?
Is anyone able to assist at all?

Out of curiosity do you have multiple devices and if so is the same message appearing on all of them ?
Also assuming your monthly pass is not the mobile sports pass version.
