Something Went Wrong

Using NowTV Roku app, the two entertainment channels that require the pin number during the day, Sky Comedy and Sky Documentaries, play <1 second of then drop out stating 'something went wrong'. It only happens with these channels, other channels and Movies (movies require pin) work fine. This is something that's happened before which seemed to 'fix' itself which suggests this is something more to do with provider rather than user. This is irritating to say the least.

Is it a Roku device or Now TV device?

The reason I ask is with Roku device you can delete and reinstall the app. Whereas with Now TV devices it's bit more of a pain to resolve.

It's a Roku, it's working again though, pretty sure it has something to do with going from AM to PM although it has done this on an evening before but that was months ago, I will test my theory tomorrow.

Ok good, so if its a Roku device and keeps happening, you could always delete and reinstall the app. It should sort it out.
