Sky one not working on Apple tv

When trying to watch sky one on Apple TV it keeps coming up “An error occurred while loading, try again later” 

 

I’ve tried turning it off and on again, I’ve tried signing out and in again, and nothing has helped. 
sky one does however work on my phone.

Look and see if there is more than one Sky One on there.

 

If so, try the other one, and report back.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
