Hi.
Looking for some help. I changed over to NOW broadband on 31st of March when my contract with Sky ended. Upon changing the router, my sky go app on my xbox has stopped working (cannot connect error).
I assumed the sky go app was down but I disconnected from the broadband and connected to my Vodafone hot spot and it worked. Connected back to broadband and same error is appearing so it is obviously something to do with my NOW broadband.
Has anyone else had this issue and know how to resolve it?

Yes I've tried that and it didnt work hence why I'm asking again. Thank you
