Is it asking you to purchase a Sports Membership ?
I have seen a few reports of this where Mobile Sports users are correctly logged into their NOW App smartphone and attempting to watch one of the five permitted channels for example Sky Sports Premier League.
If this is the case then sign out of the NOW App and then physically power down the smartphone (give it a minute) then restart it again and sign back into the App.
If that doesn't work try a new fresh NOW App from your phone Apps Store and try signing in again on the freshly download App.
Another cause is if you are currently abroad, using a VPN or your Router IP address is not recognised or showing outside the UK on the NOW database.
