Samsung TV

I’m having problems opening up the NowTV app on my Samsung telly. Everytime I click on it to watch it just exits again straight away. I’ve unplugged the TV for 30 mins and still no good. Any suggestions??

You could try clearing the app cache for NOW.

 

  1. Turn on your Samsung TV.
  2. Press the Home button on your remote control.
  3. Open Settings.
  4. Select Apps.
  5. Open System apps.
  6. Select the app whose cache you want to clear.
  7. Select “Clear cache”.
  8. Confirm by pressing OK.
FYI that I do not work for NOW, just a NOW customer trying to help
