I've been with now tv for under a week and I realise I have made a big mistake. The supplied router is useless. When I googled it I found terrible reviews....apparently they are outdated and poor quality. The signal strength in the bedrooms is very poor, we had plusnet before, signal strength was "very good". I tried to contact now tv to see if a better router was available and there's no contact number!!!! This is going to be a very long 12 months I think....... I bought a plug in wifi booster which has made things around 10% better. What a waste of time and money.....
