My emails have stopped downloading as the mail app can no longer connect to my Pop3 account when connected to my Now broadband. The connection still works on mobile data and other wifi so it is a specific to Now. Any ideas?

If you haven't done it already go into your online account and perhaps change the Broadband Buddy Settings or switch it off.
