If you can see the NOW App by following these instructions below, then you should by able to use the NOW App on it by going to the My Account section on the App and sign in with your NOW account login details.
You can find the NOW on your TalkTalk TV box by pressing the Menu button (or youview button if you have an older remote) and selecting Apps.
If the player is missing, make sure you have the most up to date software version on your TalkTalk TV box
