NowTV app crashing since update to iOS 12

Exactly as the post title says: every time I try to launch the NowTV app under iOS since I updated to iOS12, the NowTV app loads and displays the opening screen/logo, then crashes. No error message is displayed.

How long is it reasonable to wait for a fix before I cancel my NowTV subscription, I ask myself?

I had that issue yesterday all I did to fix it was to close all apps down , cleared websites/data and soft reset on iPhone, restarted my hub since then no issues.

Thanks, I have no idea why it didn't occur to me to try that. One reset later and everything seems to be working smoothly.
