Now tv not working on IOS.

My now tv app on my I Pad stopped working about a week ago after I installed the latest update(10. Something). When I click on my passes,it goes off to my home screen. Are Now Tv team aware of this and working on a solution. Or can someone on here help me. I'm at my wits end.

I think they know by now.

 

If you can update your iPad to iPadOS 13.2.3, this may fix it for you.

 

But this is only a workaround, for those who can do this, and NowTV need to patch their iPad software to restore the situation where it works on iOS 9-12, for those whose iPads max out at one of these levels.

Set a Payment PIN on your account so that no-one but you can buy memberships on it.
Check your bank accounts monthly for any other unexpected payments to Now.
That way you can at least nip them in the bud, while you and Now figure out whose fault they are.
