I’ve got the Now tv app on my fire tv but it says I don’t have an active membership when I log in. I pay monthly for Now and have a separate Now stick for our other tv so I’m not sure why it’s saying I need a membership??

Assuming you have a supported Fire TV device and are attempting to login with the same account details has your NOW Stick on the Fire TV NOW App My Account tile box towards the bottom of the home screen of the App.
Then maybe try a fresh download of the NOW App make sure you are downloading from the correct region (i.e UK for UK customers or ROI for ROI customers).
Also double check your Fire TV software is fully up to date.

When you go to the account section of the app on your Fire stick does the login details match up with your active memberships?
Did you create a brand new account when you launched the app?
What I mean is upon launching the app you will have encountered a QR code to scan. Did you close this to get to the standard NOW homepage?
