I've been unable to watch Now TV through the app on my LG TV for the past week. I just get an 'There is an error in the player' message. Every time I talk to someone on Live Chat they just say it's being looked into and I'll be e-mailed when the problem is resolved. Any ideas as to what's going wrong or how to get round it?

@Anonymous User LG pushed out a firmware update that broke several apps on some models of TV. They are aware of the problem and working on a fix.
Some people have had success by performing a factory reset of their TV's but others have done that and had no success.
If you decide to go down the route of a factory reset, you will obviously have to set up your TV again like it's new, including signing into any accounts/apps.
