LG Television (Now TV app)
Message Showing: “Not Programmed”

Hi There,
I have been a customer of Now TV for some time now, and currently, have four devices connected to my package.
My son's television (LG Smart) has recently started with an issue. When they want to watch something using the Now TV app, it keeps stating “Not Programmed”.
If my boys want to watch something via the Now TV app, I need to carry out a full television factory reset, on a daily basis (this is time-consuming, and a pain now).
Their bedroom television has never been connected to an aerial or cable. Their television was only going to be connected to our wifi signal (Internet) hence the purchase of a “smart television”.
This problem has just started this week.
If anyone, has any ideas on how to resolve the above issue(s), I would be grateful for your input.
