Have you still got the old Router which worked with the Roku Remote App on your phone ?
If so power it up but don't connect the old Router to the telephone socket.
Leave the new Router running has normal.
Hopefully then you will be able to use the App to go into the NOW Stick Settings under Network to select the new wifi on your new Router.
Once this is done, remove the old Router and swap the phone home wifi back on the new Router network.
Or the other way, use the old network name and wifi password if you still have this information available and go into your new Router settings and change it to the old Router network name and wifi password and keep with these details on your new Router.
