Netflix app still constantly crashes

The Netflix app on the Now TV stick has been crashing for months now and Now TV aren't doing anything about it.

If they don't sort it out very soon I'm going to complain to ofcom or trading standards because it's outrageous that they are advertising on the box that it has the Netflix app yet it simply DOES NOT work.

I'm really angry about this, having seen that many many others have had the same problem and now TV does NOTHING. what's worse is that you can't even talk to a human. I tried using the chat help feature and it just led me round in circles. This is disgusting and infuriating

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

I am guessing you have tried a forced software update on the stick by following step 6 in the link instructions below ?

 

Also if the forced software update doesn't make any difference you have tried deleting the Netflix App and reinstalling it again on your stick ?

 

And last resort going into the stick menu settings under Advanced System Settings and Factory Reset the stick and start from scratch again ?
