Installed on our Samsung tv the app isn't loading but requesting a firmware update.  I've manually updated the tv and there are no updates to install. NOW tv is still not loading.

Seems we're all in the same boat. Reset my TV, no additional updates and the app is still continuing to ask for a firmware update.

Pretty lousy app anyway but I would quite like to be able to actually use the thing that I pay for. Unless this is all part of a big ol' scam to get us to buy into Sky Glass...

Anyone having any luck/progress with Now?

Set your TV to factory settings.

I have tried the factory reset. This does not work. The app still requests a firmware update. The app can't be deleted as it is a pre installed app on the TV.

Thanks @Anonymous User

Seems it's likely an issue Samsung's side but I'll make sure our teams are aware and are kept up to date with any progress.
