My5 browse function not working

Been having this issue for over a week. When I go into my 5 app, select browse, previously it then gave you options, film, drama, kids, entertainment etc. Now I just get spinning loading symbol and nothing. I've had the box on and off, restarted, checked updates, deleted app and reinstalled, and still no joy. Anyone any other suggestions?

Same thing is happening with the My 5 App on my NowTV smart box.

 

You could try a reboot on your Router, though i doubt it will make any difference.

 

Otherwise you need to get in Touch with the My 5 support team who are responsible for the App.
