LG tv not playing now tv

Hi there, hoping someone could help me. I have a 7ish year old 3D LG smart tv and i can't seem to watch now tv anymore on it. Not sure if my tv is too old to watch it anymore but i don't see why not as i have watched it for the past 7 years. Any help would be great. Thank you and Merry Christmas

Hi @Anonymous User 

 

If it runs the old LG Netcast Smart OS then you will be out of luck where NowTV have dropped support to this OS.

 

If it's running LG Web OS then you should be able to run the native NowTV App.

 

What's the full model number of the LG television ?
