Keeps asking me to pick membership when trying to log in on fire stick

When i try to log in on the first stick it tells me to go to www.nowtv.com/amazon and when i do i log in and it keeps asking me to pick a membership before it will work, i already have a membership!! Why is it trying to get me to buy more?!

Are you getting a screen displaying a “QR code”? 
If so you’ll need to press ok to close the screen. Which will then take you to the homepage. 

Then scroll to the bottom so you can see “my account” in here go to the right and select “login”. Here is where you input your details.
