Hi,
I have been unable to use the app through my Samsung TV, when I click on the app the following message is displayed on TV “Unable to load video” Close
I am unable to even click on Close therefore am having to use to go to home on my remote. This issue started late afternoon.
Can someone let me know how let me know I go about resolving this problem.
