ITV player issues

Hello 

im having trouble with the itv player. Every time I try to go into it it says 'oops something went wrong. We are working on it' - no error code. I have turned on and off, restarted the whole thing but it's still not working, checked for updates etc. It has been like this since yesterday.

any ideas on what the issue might be?

I cannot access the itv channel, it just keeps going back to apps, I am up to date with the system . Help please

Try clicking on the ITV Hub App instead than clicking on the TV show thumbnail under Best of Catch Up which isn't direct linking to the tv show at the moment (possibly a bug in the system)..

Then once the ITV Hub App is open find the tv show that you want to watch from there instead.

Having the same problems with ITV player. Have tried accessing it via many ways.

My itv isn't working either. Click to watch a program then autiautomaticly takes me back to my home screen. 😒
