ITV player issues

Hello 

im having trouble with the itv player. Every time I try to go into it it says 'oops something went wrong. We are working on it' - no error code. I have turned on and off, restarted the whole thing but it's still not working, checked for updates etc. It has been like this since yesterday.

any ideas on what the issue might be?

I am having the same issues as well with ITV have tried calling Now TV only to be told the only way to communicate is via live chat ??

In order for us to investigate this issue further, can you please provide us with the serial number of the NOW TV Box that you are using when this issue occurs. 

You can find the serial number on the bottom of your device.
