Can't find what you are looking for in the ITV Hub on the NOW TV box?
If you can't find older episodes of a show, that's because you'll only see the latest episode of a show on the ITV Hub app on your box. To see more episodes you need to start playing the current episode, wait until the ads have finished and the programme itself starts, then press the pause button on the remote. You will then see an option to view all episodes. Press left on the remote to highlight the option then press OK and it will bring up all the previous episodes that are available to watch.
Can't find ITV1 shows? If you are in Scotland or NI, you need to enter an English postcode into the app - click * to get to the Settings and under Location enter any English postcode (if you don't know one, Google is your friend). Alternately Scottish viewers can find a dedicated STV Player in the App Store on the NOW TV box.
There's no search facility in the app, but you can find shows in the A-Z section. Just remember shows beginning with The, eg The Chase are under T.
