Hi welcome to the fourm, firstly have you tried a few simple troubleshooting steps to resolve this ie, resetting the box itself, doing a software update or even deleting and reinstalling the app?
I also have this problem too trying to watch live ITV programmes, very annoying and I have my Virgin media engineers out recently and they have checked my internet speed and it at its highest speed.
Same problem, and it’s enough to make me cancel my subscription because I cannot enjoy watching live ITV because of it.
Catchup is 100% fine, only on live tv.
Very dissapointed.
