I can’t log on to Now TV

I can’t log in to the Now TV app on my phone or iPad. I have reset my password wish hasn’t done anything and tried to contact customer services but there is nobody available. I can’t now watch the service I am paying for. Very frustrating! Can someone help please. Thanks

There’s a technical issue - just been told on live chat. Suggested they post a message on twitter and here to let customers know.

No timeframe on a fix
