I want to cancel my cinema pass

You should be able to cancel your pass yourself by going to My Account > Passes & Vouchers on here and once your click on the cancel button keep following the on screen step by step instructions until you get the green thumbs up message.

Then take a screenshot of it just in case you don't receive the cinema pass cancellation email confirmation from nowtv.

If there is no cancel button showing next to your cinema pass and it's saying buy pass, then have you more than one nowtv account (if so check you sign in details on all your nowtv devices and email addresses for clues).

Should your next due payment date be within the next 24 hours and the cancel button is greyed out where you can't cancel the pass due to that the nowtv automatic software system might be in the process of taking the next payment from your account.

Then you will need to jump over to live chat.

I can't get to the page with the cancel pass on it ALL I GET IS A BLANK PAGE that's all that keeps coming up

If you get a blank page where it's trying to load with the spinning coloured circles, then try disabling your adblocker on your browser.

Should that not work, maybe try a different browser and perhaps try incognito or private mode to see if that makes any difference.

If still having no joy accessing your passes on here and haven't another device with an internet browser, then jump over to live chat for assistance.
