I bought a sports mobile pass...
It's confirmed on the website.
The iPad mobile app says you need to buy a pass.

I've done it on Samsung Note 20, iPhone 12.
I still can't confirm my purchased pass.

I you don't won't to watch any of the five permitted Sky Sports channels on a smartphone using the NowTV App from your smartphone Apps Store.
Then jump over to live chat and ask for a refund for the mobile pass (assuming it wasn't a 4 month freebie that came with a one day full blown sports pass offer deal).

See if deleting the NowTV App from your smartphone, then download a fresh version of the NowTV App from your phone Apps Store, then power down your phone, then restart your phone and sign in with the account details used to buy the mobile sports pass.
i am assuming you are trying to watch one of the five Sky Sports channels that you can use with a Mobile Pass which is Premier League, NFL, Arena (Darts this month), Racing (Horses) or News ?

I am also assuming when logged in here on your online account under My Account > Manage Account > My Passes it shows the Mobile Sports Pass is active ?
