Firestick NOW TV app doesn't register my active account

I recently reactived my NOW TV account. I am able to sign into my laptop and play content. However, when I sign into the NOW TV app on my fire stick, the My Account section doesn't recognise that I have already purchased the entertainment and cinema subscriptions. I am not able to view any content on the app. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

When you launch the app on the fire stick you’ll get a QR code to scan, then at the bottom left an option to “close” press this and it’ll take you to the homepage.

From there you’ll need to go all the way to the bottom of the page to see your account and other options.
